Scope: 


This role will manage the processes within PSA  BDP to achieve optimization and is constantly working on improvements

Responsibilities


*System development (all systems used by operations) with the knowledge of what is  required globally and within the global PSA BDP strategy


*Taking responsibility and act accordingly there where needed ; Involve local, regional and/or global management.


*Demonstrating use of Performance Metrics and Improvement in Performance and pro-active monitoring of quality standards.


*Creating a sense of urgency and taking ownership when service levels are "challenged" and pro-active monitoring of quality standards. In doubt, taking proactive action and measuring country / team performance and sharing the outcome with local management.


*Taking corrective actions and communicating changes to be made within operations and systems. Also taking corrective actions and communicating changes to be made within source systems and PSA BDP Global systems in accordance with IT.


*Acting as a SME "Subject Matter Experts" for Egypt to raise the performance of people and systems within PSA  BDP. Creating a sense of urgency and taking ownership in development of tools and reports to support operations and gain more productivity.


*Support sales in sales force system and reporting.

Good knowledge of the latest version of Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferable with operational skills in forwarding
Knowledge of Tietan is a plus point  
Knowledge of sales force

To respond quickly and give resolution to an issue.
Regular and clear communication toward the business

Key Interfaces


Regular contact with all departments (local and international)
Regular contact with local Management

Qualifications/Experience


          •College degree – preferable in Business IT and Management / Informatics. Or demonstrated skills through previous positions / experience
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required. 
  • Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.
  • Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
