  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership to guide strategic brand direction.
  • Implement initiatives to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience across all brand touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute customer loyalty programs, focusing on improving retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders to support brand objectives and extend brand reach.

Requirements

● 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a brand management role


● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field


● Strong understanding of consumer behavior


● Strong strategic and creative thinking skills


● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


● Ability to work independently and as part of a team


● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
