Who Are We? Thndr was founded with the dream to democratize access to investing through smart tech and human design, which is just a fancy way of saying giving anyone with a smartphone easy access to preserve and grow their wealth. At the same time, we’re promoting local investment products to propel the economies that we serve
History has shown that investing is the single greatest way to build long term wealth - but before Thndr, only a very small percentage of people had access to investing due to:
  • High barriers to entry - In the form of minimum account balances, brick and mortar onboarding and low financial literacy.
  • Irrelevant experience - Catered towards traders and financial experts, therefore alienating the majority of the population.
  • Fragmented offering - Investment products are not gathered in a single outlet.
On our short journey we’ve validated that there is a need for our solution, as illustrated by these key figures:

About The RoleYou’ll report directly to the Head of Brand, and while this role focuses on the Egyptian market, you will also support our growing team in the GCC.
At Thndr, we seek individuals with brains, passion, compassion, and a drive to help others do more with their lives. On the brand team, you’ll work on both short- and long-term projects and strategies that help make investing culturally relevant in the region.

What You'll Do
    • Long-term Brand Building: Craft and execute brand strategies that balance immediate impact with sustainable growth.


    • Project Management: Oversee multiple brand initiatives with strong organizational skills, managing projects from concept to execution while meeting timelines and deliverables.


    • Partnerships & Influencer Management: Build strategic partnerships and manage influencer collaborations to enhance Thndr’s brand presence and relevance.


    • Social Media & Content Creation: Lead Egypt’s social media strategy, overseeing content creation while ensuring a consistent brand voice across platforms.


    • Public Relations (PR): Manage PR efforts, including media relations and outreach, to ensure Thndr’s brand narrative is communicated effectively to the public.


    • Creative Judgment: Possess a sharp creative eye, capable of objectively assessing and ensuring alignment of creative work with brand goals.


    • Budget Management: Take ownership of managing and optimizing budgets, making the most of available resources.


    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative studio, CRM team, and growth marketing team to drive cross-functional collaboration.


    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze brand and marketing data to guide strategy and optimize performance.


    • Creative Collaboration: Work with the in-house creative team to develop clear briefs and bring projects to life, collaborating with external partners as needed.


    • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of brand projects.


What You'll Need
    • Experience: Proven experience managing stakeholders and successfully executing brand projects with lean resources.


    • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze performance, and make informed strategic decisions.


    • Resourcefulness: Thndr operates with lean resources. The right candidate will thrive in an environment where creativity and efficiency go hand in hand.


    • Ownership: We value individuals who take initiative and own their projects from start to finish.


    • Multitasking Pro: You’ll juggle multiple projects and always deliver on time.


    • Strong Arabic & English Writing Skills: Fluency in both languages is key to creating engaging, localized content.
