THE JOB:
As a Bar Porter , you will contribute to a fabulous e xperience for all guests . By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create
WOW
moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us .
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
+ Deliver to and stock assigned beverage outlets
+ Maintain assigned levels of inventory, including glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items
+ Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area and order as needed
+ Responsible for set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas
+ Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets
+ Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, storage rooms, and warehouses; identify non-stock items and alert management as necessary
+ Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation and work area, to include cleaning refrigerators, counter tops, and mopping floors
+ Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
+ Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
+ Notify supervisor and Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
+ Perform other job-related duties as requested
The IDEAL CANDIDATE:
+ At least 21 years of age
+ Currently has a TAM card and Food Handler’s Card or the ability to obtain one
+ Previous experience, preferably in a high - volume setting
+ Ability to lift at least 25lbs
+ Ability to be outside for long periods of time
+ Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays

$22.71 per hour
