Job Description

  1. Assigned to work in the bars.
  2.  Assist the supervisor in order to achieve high service quality.
  3. Prepare the bars on a daily basis and take out goods from the storage house.
  4. Clean the floors and dust in the bars.
  5.  Wash the glasses and other bar utensils.
  6.  Empty the garbage and collect the empty bottles.
  7.  Take material out of the storage house and distribute it to the bars.
  8.  Wipe clean and place the bottles on the shelves.
  9.  Ensure that preparations are made before service for special occasions.
  10. Maintain departmental equipment.
  11. Regularly control the backup beverage storage, identify par stock levels and monitor that stock is always available according to the par stock levels.
  12. Perform the job according to the practices and operational standards identified by the Food and Beverage Manager.
  13. Comply with operational rules.
  14. Ç Plan working hours as deemed appropriate by the Food and Beverage Manager. Act according to the weekly work schedule and working hours.
  15. Attend the orientation training.
  16. Undergo two performance assessments each year
  17. Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  18. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
  19. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

Qualifications

  • Education: At least a high school or equivalent diploma.
  • Experience: Not expected.
  • Foreign Language: Ability to communicate using the “service language” of at least one language.
  • Courses and Training:  Vocational trainings.
  • Computer Literacy: Not required.
  • Skills: Is in the process of learning the products and services in the related field. Is generally expected to perform specific and standard jobs on a repetitive basis.
