Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Bancassurance Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products through our banking partners and will play a crucial role in driving our sales and customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads and referrals.
- Provide expert advice to customers on various insurance products and services.
- Conduct sales presentations and follow up on leads provided by the bank.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Insurance knowledge is preferable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
