-Develop and refine bancassurance value proposition
-Identify product gaps & bundling opportunities with product team
-Identify process gaps with process owners to improve customer satisfactions.
-Ensure delivery of commercials objectives: Align & influence staffing and delivery channels with the segment target/plans, define right KPls, cross sell targets, penetration, collection, and training to achieve the segment objective.
-Create and identify key differentiators in value propositions and ensure clear communications to customers through all channels.
-Influence process improvement and adoption of superior technology to improve efficiencies.
-Develop product-specific marketing plans. Launch targeted marketing campaigns
