Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs using technologies such as Node.js and NestJS.
Collaborate closely with the frontend development team to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
Optimize applications to achieve maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Design and manage database architecture to ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
Develop and maintain efficient database queries and stored procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1-2 years of experience in backend development, preferably with .NET and NodeJS.
Proven work experience as a Backend Developer or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
Experience with server-side frameworks such as DotNet, Spring Boot, or Django is a plus
Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services
Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Expertise in optimizing application performance for speed and scalability
Strong knowledge of security measures and data protection protocols
Demonstrated ability to design and manage robust database architectures
Proficiency in developing and maintaining efficient database queries and stored procedures
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
