Job Description

NAOS Solutions is seeking a motivated B2B Telesales Representative to join our Contact Center department. In this role, you will promote and sell loan financing solutions to businesses.


  • Engage with potential B2B clients over the phone to understand their financing needs
  • Promote loan products and services 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Contact Center department

Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B telesales or related field
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
