Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a B2B Sales Supervisor
What will you do?
- Supervise and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets, maintain client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members to improve performance and skills.
- Assist in the development and implementation of B2B sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients, Factories, wholesalers, distributors, and other business partners.
- Oversee client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, ensuring that performance goals and targets are met.
- Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, promotions, and delivery timelines.
- Work with the sales manager to identify and explore new market opportunities, potential clients, and regions for business expansion especially with Factories
