Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a B2B Sales Supervisor

What will you do?

  • Supervise and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets, maintain client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members to improve performance and skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of B2B sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients, Factories, wholesalers, distributors, and other business partners.
  • Oversee client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, ensuring that performance goals and targets are met.
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, promotions, and delivery timelines.
  • Work with the sales manager to identify and explore new market opportunities, potential clients, and regions for business expansion especially with Factories
