Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new corporate and SME clients through various prospecting activities, including database searches, directory exploration, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Garage ILLA’s products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and utilizing sales forecasting tools.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide Spare parts and trucks products to corporates, Small and Medium Enterprises.
  • Lead the cross-selling and upselling processes to increase the profit margins.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies in order to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Achieve the assigned semi-annual and annual targets through establishing contacts and developing relationships with Corporates.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences or events.
  • Comply strictly with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to prevent adverse incidents 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in any relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Good selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Persuasive and influential
  • Relationship-building abilities
  • Customer-focused orientation
