Key Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


- 5 to 10 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role


- Understanding of CRM and database software. 


- Strong oral and written communication skills.


- Proven ability to lead a team and people management experience.


- Excellent leadership skills. 


- Experience setting sales goals and OKRs.


- English level: Excellent to fluent is a MUST
