Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a B2b Export Accounts Manager (B2B Food ingredients experience)
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients in the Middle East and African regions, focusing on food ingredients like fruit concentrates. Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing client relationships. Manage B2B accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights. Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulations. Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing detailed reports and action plans for continuous improvement. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and distributors in target markets.
Skills
At least 5 years of experience Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG export sales for the account manager, with a focus on food ingredients (e.g., fruit concentrates).
Proven track record of managing accounts and achieving substantial sales growth.
Strong understanding of export regulations, logistics, and market dynamics in the Middle East and Africa.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently
