Job Description

A highly qualified and meticulous Audio Transcription Specialist is needed to join our team.The ideal applicant will be responsible of correctly transcribing Arabic audio recordings and translating Arabic audio into English. Strong language skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to fulfill deadlines are necessary for the position.


Responsibilities:

  • Accurately transcribe audio recordings into Arabic.
  • Maintain linguistic and contextual integrity while translating and transcribing Arabic audio into English.
  • Verify that every transcript is accurate in terms of grammar, spelling, punctuation.
  • Transcripts should be reviewed and edited for completeness and clarity.
  • Observe particular transcription instructions and customer specifications.
  • To increase productivity, experiment with various audio formats and transcription software.
  • Preserve the privacy of proprietary and sensitive data.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in verbal and written Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both Arabic to English and Arabic to Arabic transcription.

  • Outstanding typing, proofreading, and listening abilities.
  • Knowledge of transcription tools and software.
  • The capacity to operate effectively under pressure and fulfill deadlines.
  • Excellent research abilities to confirm ambiguous names, terms, and references.
  • Prior media, legal, or medical transcription experience is preferred but not required.
  • Degree or certification in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
  • Experience working with AI-assisted transcription tools.
  • Background in journalism, content creation, or language services.
