As a business-facing brand, we use the web dashboard and mobile app to help users create and track their orders with full visibility of their wallet management and reports. As a logistics company, we direct a fleet of drivers around major cities across Egypt using an internal digitized experience on the admin web and courier mobile app. As a partner to e-commerce businesses, who see us as a way to unlock access to new customers and thus fasten the deliveries of their orders, we craft plugins and APIs to help them do everything through it. Finally, we’re a home for numerous internal teams building internally facing tools for Care, finance, and others, to keep the business operations running effectively.

Our Product Manager's responsibilities:
- Tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape as you pertain to the product.
- Assessing the business objectives and customer problems.
- Driving the roadmap prioritization based on the results impact and cost, conceptual thinking, and execution of new and existing products.
- Working hand in hand with stakeholders to ensure that the objectives align with their pain points. Deep diving into the problem discovery and research in the field with real customers. Writing well-crafted EPICs and user stories to define the problem, goal, solution, and success metrics.
- Collaborating with the product design team to help them innovate a solution for the problem.
- Conducting user interviews to hit the pain points firsthand and validating design solution prototypes before developing them.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to think about the problem and how you will tackle the solution, then hand off the EPIC and user stories in an executable storytelling format.
- Preparing the sprint deliverables at the beginning of each sprint.
- Working and communicating closely with business stakeholders and non-technical teams to align their feedback pain points and priorities with your strategy and roadmap.
- Overseeing product performance metrics and taking actions needed to enhance it.
- Helping everyone see the bigger picture & solving holistic problems.
- Guiding, leading, and inspiring the assigned team to maximize their outcome and ensure alignment.
Our Product Designer's Responsibilities: Working closely with the product team and other designers in defining, designing, and iterating product features across web and mobile platforms.Continuously collaborating with product managers and engineers, and participating in all phases of a product, from discovery to delivery to iteration.Investing in design standards, documentation, and processes alongside your team members to further our design practice.Design for you isn’t just pretty interfaces - you’ll spend a lot more time understanding the problem space through generative research, synthesizing insights, and running ideation sessions/workshops to design a delightful customer experience.Creating simple, elegant solutions to complex interaction problems with high attention to details.Continuously thinking about the customer’s journey over time as they interact with the product and Bosta.Using prototypes as your primary canvas for communicating ideas both internally and externally.Constantly testing your ideas with customers and internal users.Shaping the product vision and strategy together with the product team.Thinking in terms of scalable design systems, not just one-off solutions.Continuously improving design processes, knowledge, and tools to measurably enhance productivity and product quality
Qualifications:
- Students who are currently enrolled in the final semester of MET, Management Technology, Business, or a relevant program are eligible to apply. This position offers the opportunity for full-time employment after graduation.
- Graduates should hold a Bachelor's degree in MET, Management Technology, Business, or a relevant field.
