Personalized Development Plans
: Candidates will receive personalized development plans tailored to their specific goals. These plans will focus on enhancing their skills and promoting professional growth within their chosen function.
Skill Enhancement Workshops:
Throughout the one-year program, candidates will have access to skill enhancement workshops and training sessions. These workshops will cover a range of topics, including communication skills and professional development. Bachelor’s Degree holder.
