The Assortment Merchandiser keeps our systems updated and has amazing tools at his/her disposal. He/she will be collaborating with the shop staff to monitor and update the stock availability, conducting daily visits to our partnered shops to scan their products ensuring that their products assortment is mirrored with our systems, including availability, prices and replacing images whenever necessary. The assortment merchandiser is crucial for the operations and shopping experience of our users.
Primary responsibilities
· Visiting our partnered shops and ensuring products are available and of the same quality and quantity with those of InstaShop by the use of handheld scanner.
· Operating with database management which includes input of barcodes, prices, tags, descriptions and other additional details required for accurate data collection.
· Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products categories and sub-categories, packaging and varieties.
· Monitoring inventory, verifying Out of Stock products and updating stock availability.
· Actively creating daily reports to analyze shop status.
· Supporting Photographer with product arrangement.
· Collaborating with Content Creation Team on collecting products and data, while aiding assistance in photoshoots.
· Performing other duties as required, such as, attending trainings for seasonal events, coordinate transportation facilities for the team, maintain records and take notes in required meetings.
· To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
Requirements
· Positive attitude with strong communication and listening skills.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
· Adequate proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods of time.
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
· Willingness and flexibility to travel to our partnered stores across the country.
