As an Associate Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company policy and procedure.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and order fulfillment.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensure efficient space utilization.
- Maintain standards of health &safety, and hygiene.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
- Supervise the timely dispatches & Accuracy of the qty mentioned in each delivery
- Controlling Receiving FG from Production and following up by batches and ensuring receiving complete batches on time.
- Control the accuracy of the inventory.
- Controlling and supervising all WH parties (GMP)
- Supervise for the segregation (Slow moving and near Expiry) and ensure hygiene for all locations.
- Supervise all deliveries for damage or variance reports.
To be successful in the role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university.
- Previous work experience from 7Yrs: 9Yrs in warehouse management.
- WMS/SAP user is a must.
- Excellent Analytical and leadership skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English language.
