Responsible for assisting cross-functional squads (a subset of a team) within the company and supporting in the releasing of any new feature or advancement of the product on time.
Job Responsibilities
Guarantee that the squad delivers on time and meets their deadlines.
Responsible for the implementation of the process (daily, weekly, and monthly actions).
Support the squad through coaching and mentorship to make sure that the team achieves maximum productivity.
Facilitate the work between all different squad members.
Job Requirements
0-3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline
Excellent communication.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
An analytical mindset to decide actions based on productivity metrics.
