Associate Product Owner

We are hiring Associate Product Owner who will play a crucial role in supporting the product lifecycle, from development to user satisfaction. The Associate Product Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Product Development : Assist in defining product requirements and collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring products to market. Product Support : Provide timely and effective support to users, troubleshoot issues, and manage product-related inquiries. Packaging and Project Management : Manage packaging and project setup requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Stakeholder Communication : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product information and gathering feedback. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance product support processes, and improve overall product management efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in product management, product support, or a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in the tech industry, with a focus on AI, data processing, or automation.
+ Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
+ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
+ Familiarity with HTML, data manipulation, data-interchange formats (JSON, XML, CSV, etc....)
