Job Description

Position Overview:


As an Associate Product Manager at Instabug, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product suite. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to execute product strategies that enhance our customer journeys and drive growth. Your work will involve deep exploration of user needs, market trends, and competitor activities, all while maintaining a keen focus on solving hard problems and delivering great user experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Understanding and Analyzing User Needs: Dive deep into the world of our customers, and gather insights through customer research, data analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for product improvement
  • Feature Development: Collaborate with design and engineering to build and launch new features, owning key parts of the product experience
  • Prioritization and Execution: Focus on executing tasks based on business and customer impact, ensuring effective prioritization to guide the team toward achieving tangible results
  • Stakeholder Communication: Evangelize the product vision through clear and compelling communication with stakeholders. Translate complex topics into simple concepts for various teams
  • Product Strategy: Understand and assist in defining the product vision and strategy, and ensuring your work aligns with it
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends, and competitor products to inform product decisions and product roadmaps

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles
