Associate Product Manager

Innovitics is now hiring for a Associate Product Manager to join its fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You will be responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.
Responsibilities:

• Understand assigned product categories, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Gather and analyze data to support product decisions and strategy.
• Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking product development progress.
• Assist in coordinating product launches and ensuring all teams are prepared for successful releases.
• Assist in the development and prioritization of product features, specifications, and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and identify opportunities for new features or products.
• Maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and design specifications.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to convey product status and insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance product management skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong understanding of product development process
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 2+ years of experience in product management is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions: 

• Location: New Cairo
• Working Hours: 9-11 AM - 5-7 PM
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday
