As an Associate Procurement Manager, You will be responsible for:
- Respond to all purchasing request received from planning department. (Local worldwide).
- Responsible for weekly shortfall, NPD monthly (New product development) reports.
- Gather and Negotiate quotations from all various suppliers.
- Issue purchase order to the appropriate suppliers.
- Follow up receiving goods from suppliers.
- Ensure receipt of goods on requested time from planning department.
- Coordinate solving technical problems related to goods received within the requirements of technical department.
- Search for new suppliers to avoid risk and enhance current supplier performance.
- Evaluate suppliers performance as per planned periodically.
- Prepare the budget of purchasing process annually.
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trend.
- Attend shortfall meeting of future production plan.
- Support packaging and development team to deliver new PM.
- Assist in Create budget of back material and future vision of inflation and deflation.
- Control budget report in monthly bases.
To be Successful in the role, you should have:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 6- 8 years of experience in FMCG, Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent command of Both Spoken & Written English language.
- ERP skills- SAP is preferred.
