Associate Manager – Retail Account Management


•                 Cairo, Egypt


Overview


This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key customers to drive mutual growth in sales, market share, and profitability. This role involves creating and implementing short- and long-term business strategies, managing brand performance, and ensuring the successful execution of product and commercial innovations. The position requires strong collaboration with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams to deliver excellence across all retail channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute business plans to meet or exceed our financial objectives.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with our customers.
  • Manage and improve our distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
  • Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a positive way.
  • Bring to bear consumer insights and partner with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan.
  • Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.
  • You will also improve our selling advantage by driving different categories growth and contributing to their strategies
  • Delivers Top-line, shipment and share goals by executing the JBP plans in store/customer level. Delivers superior Sales fundamentals to win with shoppers/buying influencers and Executes Perfectly at in-store/customer level.

Experience you’ll bring:


  • 4+ confirmed experience in sales roles.
  • Minimum education of BA or BS with good academic results.
  • Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
  • Excellent command of the English & Arabic language.
  • Travel to local customers at least 40% of time.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
