Job Description

Onboarding and Offboarding:


  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and collecting necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.


  • Manage offboarding processes, ensuring that departing employees have a seamless exit experience.


  • Monitor and ensure adherence to social insurance-related tasks, ex: Managing Forms 1, forms 6


Employee Records Management:


  • Maintain and update employee records in the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


  • Assist in preparing and submitting required HR reports and documentation.


Benefits Administration:


  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist in resolving any issues.


 HR Administrative Support:


  • Handle general HR queries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.


  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.



Qualifications

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or any other related field 


  • Min of 2 years of full-time professional experience in a people Operations Role


  • Fluent in English Language


Skills and Competencies:


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.


  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
