The hotel's unique location alongside Media Production City studios provides guests with a blend of fantasy and tradition, creating a memorable experience. Job DescriptionProvide exceptional customer service to all spa guests, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment.Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests.Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.Assist in the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facilities.Assist with the training and development of spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.Ensure compliance with all spa policies and procedures.Assist with the preparation of daily and weekly reports.Assist with the promotion of spa services and packages.Conduct spa tours and provide information to potential guests.Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.Assist with the preparation of the spa budget.Monitor spa expenses and identify areas for cost savings.Process spa payments and reconcile accounts.Motivate and inspire the spa team to achieve high levels of performance.Foster a positive and supportive team environment.Resolve team conflicts and address any personnel issues.Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or hospitality setting.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.  Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
