Assistant Portfolio Manager”
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform portfolio decisions.
Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective marketing strategies that align with product positioning and market needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, sales, and operations to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
Patient-Centric Focus: Advocate for patient needs and outcomes in all portfolio decisions, ensuring that our products align with the mission of improving healthcare.
Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvements within portfolio management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Score Card
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science.
5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical portfolio management, marketing, or related fields. Proven experience in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulatory environments.
Very Good command of English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders. Excel and data analysis skills are required. Project management skills are a plus.
