This full-time role for an Operations Manager is located in Sheikh Zayed, 6 Days / Week, 9 Hours / Day.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency in schedule planning, and handling clients.

Key tasks include managing staff, optimizing mobile clinic schedule, managing clients.

Additionally, leading initiatives for continuous improvement and efficiency.

Passion for animals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Operations management, process optimization.
Experience in staff management and team coordination
Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills especially with clients.
Proficiency in using google documents and sheets and Shopify is a plus.
