Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and creative
Assistant Brand Manager with a graphic design background/major to join our
marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of
brand strategies, contributing to the creation of compelling brand assets and
marketing campaigns.
Your design expertise will be used in
internal communication and presentations while simultaneously getting on-job
experience for brand management and liaising with third parties/agencies. This

- Assist in the development of brand strategies along with annual budgets.
- In charge of tracking and finalizing payments with the finance department.
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns along with third party suppliers and agencies including overseeing project timelines, budgets and workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and executing brand-related events and activations as needed.
- Ensure adherence of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all communications.
- Responsible for all marketing reports including marketing activities and competitive reports.
- Design and produce visually appealing brand assets/marketing collaterals for internal communication and presentations in liaison with department heads.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Excellent/Fluent command of English.
- Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, or a related role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work, including branding, social media visuals, and digital/print design.
- Any brand management experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Basic understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.) and design requirements for these channels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
