Job Brief: We are seeking a skilled Articulate Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing and developing engaging digital learning experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, create interactive course content, and enhance learner engagement. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing eLearning modules to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.

As the Articulate Developer, you will:

• Develop interactive and engaging learning experience using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and other Articulate 360 tools.
• Work with instructional designers and SMEs to gather requirements and develop course content.
• Implement multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, and simulations, to enhance learner engagement.
• Ensure courses are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms.
• Maintain and update existing eLearning modules as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with learning objectives and business needs.

• 2-3 years of experience as an E-Learning Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Articulate 360 tools.
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality learning experiences.
