Job Description

  • Developand deliver sales presentations and training materials
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train a high-performing team of indirect sales representatives
  • Tracking & Mentoring sales, attendance, attitude, cash liquidity for the staff members.
  • Evaluating the staff according to their performance monthly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • +5 years of Sales Experience in Fintech is a must.
  • ​Strong Communication Skills and a customer-service Mindset.
