Role: The Architecture Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating architectural projects within the Project and Development Services (PDS) team in Egypt. This role involves liaising between clients, design teams, and construction teams to ensure architectural designs are implemented effectively and efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Location:* North Coast - Marsa Matrouh, Egypt


What this Job Involves:



Coordinating architectural design processes and deliverables. Assisting in the development and review of architectural drawings and specifications. Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and design standards. Assist in Coordinating with contractors and consultants to resolve design-related issues. Assisting in the management of project schedules and budgets related to architectural aspects. Conducting site visits to monitor design implementation and quality control. Supporting sustainable design initiatives and LEED certification processes. Coordinating value engineering efforts to optimize design solutions. Assisting in the selection and specification of materials and finishes. Organize and maintain project documentation, design files, related documentation, including drawings, specifications, databases and change order. Prepare and edit design Presentations and reports. Support the Design Manager in day-to-day operations. Support the design manager in overseeing design aspects of real estate and construction projects. Review and analyze architectural drawings and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience:



Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field. Maximum of 7 years of experience in architectural coordination or project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of Egyptian building codes and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate complex architectural drawings. Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of construction methodologies and materials. Understanding of project management principles. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus. LEED AP certification is desirable but not required.
