-Must be available for immediate employment and able to work full-time at our office in Roushdy, Alexandria-Develop creative and functional design concepts that meet client needs and project requirements.-Work on both interior and exterior designs, including concept development, visualization, and detailing.-Handle projects from scratch to final results, including renders and shop drawings.-Prepare detailed architectural drawings (interior & exterior), plans, and specifications.-Produce high-quality renders and videos to effectively communicate design ideas.-Collaborate with the team to ensure the design aligns with project goals and deadlines.-Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and design.
-Proven experience in producing detailed shop drawings.-Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, and other 3D visualization tools.-Strong capability in creating mood boards and selecting materials, colors, furniture, and furnishings.-Creativity and artistic problem-solving abilities.-Ability to showcase work creatively (e.g., videos, mood boards).-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.-Strong time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
