Arch Technical Office Engineer - Head Office
We are seeking a dedicated Arch Technical Office Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at our Head Office in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Study Project Bill of Quantities and Drawings.
- Review contractor's shop drawings for compliance with specifications and contract agreements.
- Prepare architectural shop drawings and site reports.
- Conduct quantity surveys and prepare invoices for subcontractors and clients.
- Monitor project schedules and control document revisions.
- Stay updated with architectural/civil trends and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Revit and Primavera is a plus.
- Specific industry : Construction.
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
- Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Days Off: Friday.
- Social insurance provided.
