Job Description
Objective:
Responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of software applications in order to streamline business operations, including optimizing software application performance, installing updates, and performing debugging procedures.
What you'll do!
Providing technical support for our software applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to application performance, functionality, and usability
Ensuring that our applications are running smoothly and meeting the needs of end-users
Foreseeing the deployment of products onto the client environment and successful delivery
Monitoring application performance and implementing changes to optimize performance
Reporting any issues with the L2 team
Managing Application server (WebSphere, WebLogic, IIS) and configuration, application deployment
Training users and providing support to the customer during acceptance testing
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
Collaborating with our development and testing teams to identify and resolve issues related to application development, testing, and deployment
What you should have!
Bachelor of Computer Science or any related field.
3-5 years’ experience
Good knowledge any of Database types
Server operating system (Windows, Linux), database
SQL (Oracle, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL)
Testing, SSL security, and certificate management reading logs
