Appeal Lawyer



Job Summary



As an Appeal Lawyer, you will represent clients in higher courts by preparing, filing, and arguing appeals. You will provide expert legal advice, develop case strategies, and ensure effective representation for clients during the appeals process.



Job Responsibilities



Case Preparation: Analyze case files and identify grounds for appeal by reviewing trial court records. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on case laws, statutes, and legal precedents to strengthen appeal cases. Drafting Appeals: Prepare and file appeal briefs, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Court Representation: Present oral arguments before appellate courts and advocate on behalf of clients. Client Counseling: Provide legal advice to clients regarding the appeal process and case prospects. Collaboration: Work with other legal professionals and external counsel to build strong cases. Compliance: Ensure compliance with court procedures, deadlines, and ethical standards.

Key Requirements



Education: Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) and bar association membership (mandatory). Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in appellate litigation or a similar legal role. Technical Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills. Certifications: License to practice law. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
