SRV Spaces is seeking a
Junior Accounts Payable Accountant to contribute to our financial operations. If you have 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and are ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
What you're going to do:- Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.
- Payment Management: Prepare and execute payments to vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconciliation: Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts payable transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Vendor Communication: Maintain effective communication with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies, fostering strong relationships.
- Record Keeping: Ensure all accounts payable records are accurately maintained and organized for easy retrieval.
- Expense Reports: Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing accounts payable reports for management, highlighting any issues or trends.
- Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and answering inquiries.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to all financial controls and company policies related to accounts payable processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the accounts payable function and recommend solutions.
We're looking for someone with:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
Location: Heliopolis / Greek Campus, Tahrir
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Days: Sunday to Thursday
