We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
AP Accountant - International markets to join EVA Pharma International for Pharmaceutical Industries!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions, maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable activities.
Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable records, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors by addressing inquiries, resolving payment issues, and ensuring compliance with payment terms, fostering efficient communication and a smooth workflow.
Monitor and adhere to company policies, procedures, and deadlines for accounts payable processing, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and timely payments to vendors.

Qualifications
Bachelor of commerce from a reputable university – English section. Excellent command of English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel. 1-3 years of experience in account payables.
