Hiring One position Analyst business operations for Fedex

Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
  • Requirements Gathering:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Data Management:
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure it is ready for analysis.
  • Maintain and optimize databases, data models, and data warehouses to support efficient reporting.
  • Business Insights:
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies by tracking relevant KPIs.
  • Documentation and Training:
  • Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BI and data analytics.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing reporting processes and tools.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
