We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Chat Agent with extensive travel industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in handling corporate customer queries, possess in-depth knowledge of Amadeus GDS, and have a strong understanding of hotel operations and complex corporate travel policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and resolve corporate customer inquiries via chat support
  • Utilize Amadeus GDS to assist with new or existing booking queries.
  • Handle hotel-related questions and issues efficiently.
  • Navigate and explain corporate travel policies to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations.
