We’re looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of this cutting-edge solution.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating advanced AI models to enhance our HR services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models for HR tech solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our HR platforms.
Develop scalable and efficient software components for data processing and analysis.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to apply them effectively.
Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the AI components.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI and machine learning development.
Strong software development skills, preferably in Python or Java.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
