AI Delivery Sr Specialist is responsible for leading and managing AI projects from inception to completion. This includes defining project scopes, aligning objectives with business strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of AI solutions that drive business value.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close AI projects ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI solutions and prioritize use cases.
• Oversee the deployment of AI models into production and ensure scalability and optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between the technology team and the customer, ensuring alignment on project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Translate complex AI concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate project success.
• Generate detailed reports on project outcomes, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Education:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Experience:
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI or tech-related fields.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end AI/ML projects, from conception to deployment.
• Familiarity with AI technologies.

• Time management, resource planning, and budget control.

• Proficiency in project management tools.
