Responsibilities Prepare, execute, and follow up on the preventive maintenance program for cold stores and material handling equipment. Review, enhance and ensure proper execution of Preventive Maintenance Program. Responsible for applying PepsiCo EHS standards in all areas related to cold store maintenance to achieve zero safety incidents. Initiate Purchase requisitions for required spare parts (Local-Foreign) and services and ensure delivery on-time. Conduct quarterly review of spare parts items availability and ensure that Critical Items are available on stock. Responsible for updating skill Matrix for Cold Stores Maintenance team and arrange a proper training plan filling skill gap. Prepare Annual Budget for cold stores R&M, operating supplies, and utilities. Prepare Annual Operating Plan for Environmental KPIs (Water – Energy Consumptions) and follow up consumptions on daily basis to ensure sustainable performance. Responsible for applying Food Safety & NFSA standards in Cooling areas and Workshop. Prepare and Follow-up the overhauling program of the cold store’s equipment. ensure set points of temperature, humidity and CO2 required to maintain the quality of stored potatoes & corn in 6 October & Abo Seir plants are met. Follow-up the condition of the agricultural tractors and follow up their maintenance& overhaul with the agent to ensure that there is no downtime. Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering degree .
