Agency Partner



Cairo, Egypt Sales – Google / Full time / Hybrid We are looking for a Agency Partner to support our team in Cairo ! + Own the relationship with Google’s agency partners in Egypt, especially Digital C-level stakeholders and Account Leads.
+ Be the driving force behind product adoption, building a best-in-class partnership with agencies and advocating for Google products and services within their teams.
+ Collaborate with key agency stakeholders to inspire adoption across the agency, focusing on priority accounts for strategic growth.
+ Lead Google Education initiatives (Google Days, workshops, rewards programs) that create wide-reaching impact across the agency, from media to creative teams.
+ Represent agency interests within Google, collaborating with Media Group Google Client Partner teams and Client Solutions Managers to deliver exceptional solutions.
+ Provide valuable industry insights, support agencies in pitching Google narratives, and co-pitch with top agencies for big client deals.
+ Manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with agency C-level leaders, ensuring year-on-year spend growth for their clients on Google.
+ Work with agencies to secure account growth through collaborative planning and strategic support, ensuring brands are thriving with Google.
+ Drive the business growth of Google’s agency partner segment in Egypt by strengthening relationships and solving complex problems at scale.
+ Monitor progress of the Agency Architect and work closely with the Leadership team on program development and remuneration models.
+ Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure Google’s strategic initiatives are supported across local and global teams.

What You Need For This Role



+ 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, agency roles, or similar client-facing positions within Egypt.
+ Highly customer-focused with excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to build strong networks and relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
+ A deep curiosity about market strategies and a keen interest in how digital advertising evolves.
+ Fluency in English.
+ A solid understanding of how agencies purchase and measure performance across digital, TV, radio, and programmatic advertising campaigns.
+ A systematic approach to work, combined with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
+ Strong Google Ads knowledge and performance marketing skills (preferred but not mandatory).
+ You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
+ You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
+ You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
+ You have an eye for detail.
+ You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
+ You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
+ You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
