This role involves coordinating MTP reviews, managing project governance, conducting comprehensive analyses, and optimizing processes. Additionally, oversees strategic planning and business development, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives, and facilitates regular strategy reviews. They also manage project coordination, monitoring, and reporting, and support corporate management by defining governance processes, tracking performance, and preparing management reports.
Africa Transformation Office:
Contribute to Africa MTP development as the central point for NMEG (Nissan Motor Egypt) MTP:
+ Lead NMEG MTP development across relevant functions
(M&S, Finance, MZK, etc..)
+ Lead MTP Volumes; Financial KPIs & update process (incl. R&O’s)
+ Facilitate & coordinate regular Africa & NMEG MTP reviews
+ Lead NMEG & Africa MTP Projects Governance (AQSF, Steerco’s etc..) with strong ties with execution conducted by relevant department
+ Conduct comprehensive Analysis and seek optimization opportunities
+ Discuss & conclude MTP along with Africa RBU and AMIEO region / C-Plan
+ Supervise TIV Forecasting as per Regional update cycles
+ Contribute and support to Africa MTP consolidation
Engage with AMIEO C-Plan on corporate topics and activities
Contribute and support consolidation of Africa consolidated reporting (PFRs, BP,..)
PMO NMEG:
Strategy & Business Development
+ Develop Strategic Plans and Projects to deliver Africa/Egypt MTP
+ Ensure Strategy contributes to Global/ AMIEO & Africa RBU MTP & objectives
+ Facilitate Regular Strategy Reviews to align to latest Goals & Objectives
+ Conduct Strategy PDCA/ Kaizen Activity for out of line KPIs and propose mitigation plans
Project Management Office
+ Central Point for NMEG projects and CFTs (Adhoc Key Business projects)
+ Develop, Support & Coordinate projects along relevant functions:
Detailed project plans, governance, Budget, Risks & mitigation plans
+ Ensure projects contribute to Global/ AMIEO & Africa RBU MTP & objectives
+ Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against objectives and KPIs. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management & relevant stakeholders
Corporate Management Support
+ Define & implement processes & governance to report NMEG performance
+ Define & Manage NMEG Governance in line with AMIEO & Africa governance
+ Capture, Issue and follow-up on actions rising from CD governance meetings and reviews
+ Define & Track NMEG Corporate annual objectives (VCS)
+ Develop and manage Company Level KPI Trackers/ Dashboards
+ Develop and analyze Market Economic Updates & Outlooks
+ BP & Forecasts cycles: Storyline & Check alignment to strategic objectives
+ CD Material and management reports Preparation (Townhalls, ad-hoc, etc.)
+ Coordinate Executive’s Visits
Qualifications and relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration or any relevant field
10 years of experience
Automotive experience is a must
