Responsibilities:


  • Establish, build and maintain relationships with affiliates, including negotiations, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance, forming creative strategies and objectives, conflict resolution, managing budgets, and more.

·       Deliver Affiliate strategy for clients. Build case studies with clients across ecommerce vertical.


·       Drive sales growth by acquiring new advertisers and fostering long-term relationships.


·       Leverage your expertise in the affiliate/digital marketing space to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.


·       Assist in preparing proposals, conducting market research, and delivering presentations to potential clients.


·       Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.


·       Foster trust and loyalty through excellent customer service and ongoing support.


  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes.
  • Monitor and track client performance, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and upselling.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

·       Oversee the successful management of top accounts


·       Strategic planning and execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with Assembly overall business objectives. This includes aggressive expansion while maintaining and growing the presence in the main regions.


·       Lead and mentor the affiliate team, driving high performance and fostering a culture of excellence. This involves providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team is well-equipped to execute the affiliate strategy effectively and efficiently.


·       Plan and oversee the affiliate network, focusing on both nurturing and expanding existing relationships and aggressively identifying new opportunities. This responsibility also includes addressing and resolving affiliate inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain strong and productive partnerships.


·       Identify and mitigate key risks in affiliate programmes, including fraud.


  • Plan and optimise affiliate campaigns, continuously monitoring their performance and exploring new growth opportunities. Implement robust reporting systems for tracking KPIs, providing clear insights into affiliate activities. This involves using advanced analytics to understand market trends, affiliate performance, and customer behaviour.
  • Monitor team performance goals and ensure effective collaboration between departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a strong rapport and work effectively with global contacts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendors and partners.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
