Job Description
Manage medium to high level complexity projects or programs
Coordinate project plans by monitoring schedules and ensuring quality in all deliveries
Be the primary point of contact on the project with the customer
Work with the Sales team to understand the services sold and the customer requirements
Handle a variety of customer issues through multiple communication channels
Lead your project team to successful completion of the project
Ensure quality and performance measurements are met and provide feedback to management
Guarantee the successful completion of required achievements and system-based project closure
Manage escalations and deal with management and executives to resolve issues
Mentor newly hired PMs until they are ready to solo

Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
