Raya Information Technology: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is Project Administrator 

What will you do?

• back office support and Documentation such as Project File creation and Maintenance, requisition issuance, delivery follow up, etc... 

• upload and update project plans on the electronic system., with coordination with the Project Manager and Tracks project Progress , financials , issues , risks and reports as appropriate

• complete Project Check List, PO verification Checklist and Maintain project status on all relevant systems & physical• Upload approved P&L on financial system & Issue LG request as per customer PO

• Upload approved Project Plan on electronic system and Make sure that the latest template is being used

• Issue purchase requisition and Follow up with Logistics Dept on goods delivery 

• Follow up with the project manager on the Project Plan tasks due and update Project Plan accordingly.

• Assign project resources upon the advice of Project Manager, get feedback on task completion from Project manager and prepare project reports as appropriate

• Prepare Stock Issue request upon the advice of Project manager and coordinate with warehouse Goods Delivery, 

• Issue invoice issue request upon receiving corresponding documentation  from Project Manager and follow up with Finance until revenue recognition and update project plan with actual revenue and cost
