Job Description

As the Administrative Manager of the company, you are fully responsible for all administrative activities related to the Head Office, stores, branches, warehouses, and the technical workshop.


General Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage all administrative activities related to offices, maintenance, procurement, etc.
  • Organize a periodic administrative inspection system for all company’s premises.
  • Monitor administrative requirements and prepare implementation plans in coordination with senior management.
  • Oversee the services, maintenance and transportation sections in the main branch and warehouses.
  • Maintain governmental external relations for all the administrative government issues.
  • Obtain official approvals from relevant governmental and non-governmental bodies.
  • Assist Human Resources and Administration in organizing administrative tasks.
  • Update official documents related to imports for various sectors.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and efficiency of employee offices at all times.
  • Pursue self-development of personal and technical skills.
  • Follow directives from superiors accurately and maintain good relationships.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company industrial and commercial secrets and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Chair the monthly occupational health and safety activities and submit the related reports to the relevant authorities.
  • Ensure that the fire safety system is functioning properly and is regularly maintained
  • Responsible for all properties of the company and its subsidiaries regarding the cleaning team and its tools, as well as the buffet team and its equipment.
