Job Description
A growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution is now hiring an Admin & Office Manager to oversee office administration, executive support, and operational coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, vendor contracts, and office maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle document control, filing systems, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance departments for administrative support.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Deputy GM (Egypt), GM (UK), and other departments.
- Manage the GM’s and Deputy GM’s schedules, including meetings, travel, and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
- Handle confidential matters and sensitive business information professionally.
- Maintain professional communication with internal teams, external partners, and international stakeholders.
- Support coordination between Egypt and the UK headquarters to align business activities.
- Assist in drafting business correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Organize team meetings, client visits, and business events.
- Arrange travel logistics, hotel bookings, and visa processing for senior management.
- Ensure efficient coordination of video conferences and cross-border meetings.
- Ensure office policies and procedures align with company standards and legal regulations in Egypt.
- Identify opportunities to enhance office efficiency and implement improvements.
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in office management, administration, or executive support, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- English fluency is a must.
- Experience supporting senior executives in multinational companies.
- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle high-level administrative tasks.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, Egypt.
